Strategy Phases:

1. PROJECT INITIATION: Identify Optimal point source, Review Emissions data, Review global geo data.
2. OPTIONS EVALUATION: BFD of technical strategy, Subsurface de-risking, Regulatory compliance local and government/DPR, CCUS tech maturity ranking and selection, Decision.
3. DEVELOP OPTION: Execute DBM and pre-FEED, Identify risks and mitigation, DECISION – proceed to FEED.
4. CONSTRUCTION: Secure WBS/AFE, Execute FEED, DECISION to proceed to Detailed Engineering/long leads procurement/early construction, EPC/Vendor selection, Site prep and Construction, System FAT/pre-commissioning.
5. COMMISSION: HAZOP, Category A risk gap closure, Commission, 12M Field Operations, Lessons Learned.
