• Consultancy & Technical Services: Engineering solutions, static reservoir modeling, dynamic reservoir simulation, and asset development.
• Manpower Supply: Provision of qualified technical, professional, and administrative personnel to corporate clients in the oil and gas sector.

All service engagements are subject to specific commercial contracts, service level agreements (SLAs), or purchase orders agreed upon between Rego Petroleum and the client.

3. User and Client Obligations

• Provide accurate, current, and complete corporate, billing, and contact information.
• Comply with all applicable local, national, and international laws, safety standards, and petroleum industry regulations (including NUPRC and NMDPRA guidelines).
• Ensure that any hazardous materials handling facilities, storage tanks, or receipt points comply with statutory safety and environmental protection codes.

4. Pricing, Orders, and Payment Terms

Due to the dynamic nature of global petroleum and energy markets:

• Quotations and pricing for petroleum products, gas distribution, and consultancy projects are subject to change based on market fluctuations unless bound by a fixed-term contract.
• Invoices issued must be settled strictly in accordance with the payment milestones or credit terms specified in the individual commercial agreement or invoice.
• Failure to make timely payments may result in the suspension of deliveries, revocation of credit facilities, or accrual of late payment interest as permitted by law.

5. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Rego Petroleum Services Limited, its directors, officers, employees, and affiliates shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including loss of profits, data, use, or goodwill, arising out of or in connection with your use of our website, delay in petroleum transit caused by force majeure events, or technical consultancy outputs.
